Shipping is the responsibility of the seller, their store, and their own policies. Telecom Listings does not have policies or requirements for shipments.
To calculate the cost of shipping, measure the weight and dimensions of the item packed inside the box. This includes bubble wrap, foam peanuts, and other insulation that will be sent.
To mail the item after sells, decide the method you’ll use to send the package. If you provided options on the listing for the buyer, use the selection they chose. Otherwise, it is at your discretion to decide which postal carrier or shipping software you’ll ship with.
We recommend adding a Signature Required on packages delivered to residences or worth high value. Click here for more information on loss prevention.
We recommend shipping items as soon as possible after purchase and no more than two business days. If you are unable to ship within that time frame, notify the buyer of the delay to keep them informed and provide an estimate of when you will make the shipment.
