How do I qualify for buyer/seller protection?
To qualify for sale protection, the transaction must be conducted through our site and meet the PayPal Buyer/Seller protection criteria found here.

Am I protected if I receive a damaged item?
The sale transaction must be conducted through our site and shipped by an insured carrier for assistance. Due to shipping carrier restrictions, all shipping damage claims must follow that specific carrier’s process and procedures.

Am I protected if the item is not as described, or if I do not receive the item?
In the event that an item is disputed from either non-receipt or not as described, we can contact the seller on your behalf to direct towards a resolution. We’ll walk you through PayPal’s claim process and all necessary documentation. If you need assistance, please fill out this form and we’ll contact you within 3 business days.

Our Buyer Protection Process

When requiring assistance with a dispute, the buyer should fill out our dispute form here. All disputes must be made within 5 business days of receiving the item.

We will make contact with the seller and communicate any relevant information back to the buyer in accordance with their store policies.

If the buyer and seller reach resolution, the case will be closed. If the buyer and seller do not reach a resolution, we will recommend the next steps and guide the buyer through the PayPal dispute process, if needed.

Seller Protection – Sellers completing sales on our site and using PayPal are qualified for PayPal Seller protection. In the event of an issue, our staff will assist sellers through the PayPal dispute process.

We encourage all sellers to read the PayPal Seller Protection policy so they understand their risks and liability. We suggest sellers to confirm that their orders qualify for PayPal Seller protection; shipping orders that do not put you at greater risk for chargeback. If you have questions about PayPal Seller protection, contact them directly.
